We do not aim to simply be a socially responsible company, nor do we want to limit ourselves to merely complying with legal requirements. We strive to go further, exceeding expectations for our team, clients, and suppliers in both social and environmental aspects. As part of our business strategy, we are implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management system founded on ethical values and sustainability principles that have been defined and embraced by the entire team at NEWCASTLE LOGISTIC AND TRANSPORT LIMITED.

Initiatives will be guided by Strategic Plans with clearly defined objectives to integrate equality management across the organisation. These Equality Plans will always have the institutional support of General Management.

The Equality Plans will serve as a framework for embedding an equality perspective into all organisational strategies, while also promoting and ensuring women’s participation at all levels.
Parity Measures
Permanent measures will be implemented to ensure personal and professional parity among all members of NEWCASTLE LOGISTIC AND TRANSPORT LIMITED, regardless of gender, aiming to achieve qualitative representation of women and enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Removing Barriers
Programmes will be introduced to eliminate physical and social barriers that perpetuate traditional gender roles or stereotypes in professions, ensuring equal opportunities for all.

Organisational image and communication materials will reflect diversity in all its forms, demonstrating a commitment to building equality.

Solidarity Payroll
Newcastle Logistic has launched the Solidarity Payroll project, a new initiative that enables members of our community to easily contribute to causes they care about. Through this programme, employees who wish to participate can automatically donate a fixed amount from their monthly salary to a charity or non-governmental organisation (NGO) of their choice. Initiatives like this provide NGOs with a reliable and unrestricted source of regular income, helping them plan and budget for the future. This allows them to continue implementing social and humanitarian aid projects, improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals and supporting them in achieving prosperity.
Pencils and Smiles
NEWCASTLE LOGISTIC AND TRANSPORT LIMITED is proud to participate in the Pencils and Smiles project alongside 56 other companies, working together to maximise our ability to drive change and promote local improvements. This campaign encourages the donation of essential school supplies for over 3,000 children in situations of social emergency. Items such as pencils, pens, markers, erasers, notebooks, rulers, calculators, pencil cases, and backpacks are collected to support their educational needs throughout the school year.
Organised by the Aragón Automotive Cluster (CAAR) and the Solidarity Sports Association (ASDES), the initiative involves contributions from 57 member companies and institutions. Logistics company Urbetrans, among others, has voluntarily collected 90% of the donation boxes and provided materials, with active participation from its team members.
Through efforts like this, Newcastle Logistic reaffirms its commitment to creating a positive impact on the community and supporting vulnerable children in their pursuit of education and opportunity.
